General Policies

SERVICE POLICY & HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE: By booking a service with Lavish Lumae, the client understands and agrees to release, hold harmless and indemnify Lavish Lumae, it's owners, operators, and employees, of all liability for personal injury(s), damage to or loss of personal property, sickness or injury(s), litigation, death or loss of money, which may occur by virtue of scheduling, completing and continuing service.

 

The client acknowledges that they are familiar with the potential risks associated with aethetics treatment(s), professional skin care services, and semi-permanent lashes, which can include but are not limited to bodily injury(s) internaly or externally, allergic reactions to any or all products used during the service and/or purchased from Lavish Lumae. Should, at any time, any part of this clause be deemed uninforcable by law, the remainder of the clause and client/company agreement shall stand as aforementioned. 

 

BOOKING: Upon booking an appointment for a full set, a deposit must be rendered.

Once 15 minutes have elapsed beyond your appointment time, it will be considered a "no-show". If you "no-show", you will need to contact Lavish Lumae to book a new appointment. After your first "no-show" you will be required to make a deposit for all services when booking any new or returning appointments.

There is a 24 hour grace period for cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time you will be refunded in full.

Following the 24 hour grace period after a service is rendered, all sales for products and/or services rendered are final. Should client have any issues with the service rendered, the client must raise issues with Lavish Lumae within the 24 hour grace period.
